Diet and Exercise are primary components to your care. You will learn how to eat right, according to your specific needs and preferences, and combine daily movement that supports your fitness level and your stage in the pregnancy cycle.
Julie will also inspire and motivate as you experience the emotional ups and downs of this amazing process. She has counseled hundreds of women during the various stages of pregnancy, and maintains the belief that your body's wisdom will teach you everything you need to know. With Julie as your guide, you will learn to listen to your body's needs, and will be given the tools to respond with EASE!
