That's because "getting healthy" doesn't mean you have to overhaul your entire life!  It's the small changes, that you commit to every day, that have the most profound and lasting impact.

My unique programs do just this.  They transform the mind-set of every family-member, whether four or forty, so that you stop thinking "it's too hard", and start embracing strategies that work - with EASE!

I'm a single-mom, so I know how tough it is to live healthy in a busy world. I also grew up as a "fat kid", and know the agony of being addicted to sugar, getting teased at school, and dealing with health issues as an adult.

Fortunately, I wanted more for myself and I am grateful my parents did too. So I took on Small Changes around diet and exercise, and today I am no longer that fat girl.  Through training, belief, and daily habits, I transformed into a woman who is healthy, fit and full of vitality.

I know that you do.  That's whay I've created the  MaxLifeKIDS™ Family Wellness Program.  This approach to healthy living is based on three principles.  1) I must first EDUCATE you on the fundamentals of nutrition and exercise 2) I must EMPOWER you and your kids to make healthy decisions in the realm of personal responsibility, and 3) We must EXPLORE new ways of doing things - stepping out of your comfort zone is where REAL TRANSFORMATION happens! 

Here's what I mean:

EDUCATE 

We start with the basics, Nutrition 101.  You will learn how food choices affect things like blood sugar, mood, metabolism, and energy - all factors that determine the quality of your life AND your life span!

As I "walk" you through the grocery store, your kitchen, restaurants, and even your own backyard, you will see first-hand how to EASILY integrate healthy meals and snacks, schedule daily exercise, and make quality time for your family.

EMPOWER

Don’t let your kids sit on the sidelines!  They need to be active participants in this new game of healthy living. 

We will include ALL your family members in this process, as you learn to value their input and encourage everyone to take responsibility for their actions.  You will be amazed when your kids suddenly start to make healthier choices, simply because you've given them the tools and the encouragement to do so.

EXPLORE

Kids love adventure! Trying new things can be grounds for incredible laughter and joy.
